The philanthropic world is full of big hearts and fulfilling missions.  It is also regulated and with various demands for accountability.  Seeds for Change can help you register and stay compliant with federal, state and local laws.  We can also help you, your staff and board understand various charitable statutes related to raffles, auctions, and donations of real estate/vacation homes.

Charitiable organizations, fundraising consultants and hired fund solicitors (non-staff) all have compliance components to their work.  We can help you navigate the intricacies of all the various requirements.  Presently, the firm is able to assist non-profit organizations with compliance issues.  We are also able to counsel fundraising consultants.  At this time, we are not assisting fund solicitors doing work outside of the State of Texas.
