Meet the Ehrlichs

James and Stacy Ehrlich are native Texans, multi-generation University of Texas Longhorns, and proud parents of two adult children - 25 year old daughter Simms and 19 year old son Wheeler.  On July 4, 2022, James and Stacy drove around Comanche Trace to "look around" and fell in love. A quick 60 days later, they were under contract to purchase the only two remaining contiguous lots in Phase 1.  The couple is thrilled to be a part of the
