Our team is curated from the best possible talent in the region and the nation.  We are highly educated but also highly experienced on all sides of the non-profit / social service industry.  In addition to more than 250 combined years of paid consulting experience, most of us have direct working experience as non-profit and agency staff and all of us actively serve on community committees, boards of directors, and as volunteers.  Over the last decade, several of us have been appointed to serve on local and state commissions, committees, and work groups.  We believe our paid work and pro bono experiences enrich our outlook on the internal workings and external expectations of individual non-profit organizations and government agencies, and the social services sector as a whole.
