Our SFCC team was wonderful - we had a great kickoff session with board members during the early stages of our project. While it definitely helped our team better understand our organization for the project, it also helped revitalize our board to keep moving forward on our strategic plan. The most successful piece was the final deliverable - we are in the infancy stage of building a development program, and having a great template for our LOI as well as list of foundations that might be a good fit for our organization were all incredibly helpful.
