Seeds for Change excelled at helping us to sharpen the vision and come up with a credible path forward. We tended towards being scattered and Stacy and Rebecca stayed the course and kept the trains running on time. Stacy has an uncanny 6th sense about strategic planning and has remarkable analytical insight. It is a joy to watch her analytical focus and understanding of the big picture to move things forward to successful outcomes. Her realistic grasp of what's needed, coupled with her compassion, is energizing. We look forward to engaging with Seeds for Change again in the future. If you want your non-profit to excel into the 21st Century you need to team up with Seeds for Change. They are knowledgeable, ethical and hard-working visionaries…period! I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you for sending Paula to us—we had a very, very productive Board training and she’s doing a great job following-up with the written materials. I’m so glad Amy referred me to Seeds for Change, I’m so impressed with everything! Thanks! Our organization was trying to figure out how to adjust for the economy and Seeds for Change Consulting counseled me on how to position Con Mi Madre to meet a national foundation's unique funding guidelines. With their advice, we were able to secure an award for $76,000... funds that are allowing us to continue to meet the growing demands of our families while maintaining our high quality program. |
THANK YOU so much for everything you did on this (project). I honestly cannot believe how absolutely correct we were in choosing Seeds for Change. You listened, were professional, demonstrated time and again your expertise, and delivered. You have my highest recommendation anytime. Thank you. Stephanie is an excellent project manager and facilitator for thoughtful dialogue. We look forward to working with her again. Seeds for Change is always brilliant with brainstorming and grant ideas. It was so nice working with Stephanie and Seeds for Change. We feel as if a high quality proposal was submitted. Thank you for guiding and directing us. Seeds for Change helped our school tremendously! They helped us through a difficult time with the fraying partnership between the school and its educational foundation. Seeds for Change saw us through to the other side. Now our foundation is vibrant and more successful than ever before, and once again, a true ambassador for the school. Through their newly found mission and purpose we have doubled the amount of fundraising in the year since Seeds for Change visited. We are very grateful to Stacy and Seeds for Change. Stacy Ehrlich and the Seeds for Change Consulting team were the first ones I called when my school considered running a quality annual giving campaign. I have known Stacy for ten years and could not think of a better partner to direct our fundraising. She came to our school in January 2005 and trained volunteers, wrote pledge materials, and set an aggressive schedule. Within four weeks of her initial visit, our first-ever professionally designed materials arrived in local mail boxes. Sixty days later we had raised $100,000 and increased our participation considerably. Years later, we continue to use the methodology and continue to find successes in our annual fund. Seeds for Change Consulting is particularly good at executing a plan. For St. James' School they created a full, well written campaign brochure, which has been very well received. For the several events that were held, they designed and delivered handsome invitations, and for the events themselves, planned the program, the menu, and handled all the other myriad details with unobtrusive dispatch. Flexibility is key, and Stacy and Bergan both showed a tremendous ability to pivot on a dime. |
As Development & Outreach Director for a small not-for-profit, I knew I would be challenged juggling many different responsibilities while still being accountable for increasing organizational funding. I cannot say enough positive things about working with Stacy Ehrlich and Seeds for Change Consulting. Working with the firm has helped me to successfully roll out a new donor development program to my Board of Directors. They have helped to create an annual campaign plan designed to build on existing strengths. Most importantly, the firm's guidance has provided me with the confidence to make the changes needed to accomplish my organization’s goals. I also have peace of mind knowing that I have a partner, full of wise counsel and creative ideas, who is invested in my success and the success of Austin Groups for the Elderly. Jodi and Stacy are totally reliable. They exude passion and intelligence for Waldorf education. They further prove the point and demonstrate how Waldorf education, properly drawn, is a magnet for quality people. When I joined The Waldorf School of Atlanta two years ago, my biggest challenge was developing a better understanding of Waldorf education and how this fits and does not fit traditional fundraising approaches. Stacy Ehrlich, then development director at the Austin Waldorf School, came to my rescue. She became my mentor and credible influence as we established a full time development office here, including the creation of fundraising policies, procedures and guidelines. |
