Ashley brings nearly 20 years of non-profit experience to Seeds for Change Consulting, with 15 years in Austin and Texas. Following her passion to guide non-profits in building enduring relationships with their donors and volunteers, Ashley has helped raise more than $8.5M during her tenure as a non-profit professional.
Ashley’s specific experience includes work with annual fund campaigns, grant writing, major gifts, volunteer and board management, special events, capital campaigns, and establishing fund development offices for new non-profit organizations. She has served with a diverse range of non-profit organizations including American Red Cross-Southeast Louisiana Chapter (New Orleans, LA), Girl Scouts of Central Texas (Austin, TX), Texas Medical Association Foundation (Texas), and Montessori For All (Nationwide).
Ashley earned her B.A. in Communication and B.A. in History from Tulane University, Newcomb College in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and currently serves on the local chapter’s membership committee. Ashley lives in Austin, TX with her husband and three children. They enjoy exploring Austin’s many trails, watching movies at the Alamo Drafthouse, and traveling to explore new places.
