By engaging stakeholders, creating internal advocates for change, and delivering communication campaigns, she enables clients to achieve their vision for change.
Possessing a broad array of communication skills and human resources experience, Peggy has aligned leadership teams, increased employee survey rates, and revitalized corporate cultures. She has written business impact stories and leadership proles that increased newsletter readership. She has also written a grant for a mental health nonprofit and written and delivered a speech to 200 parishioners requesting financial commitment to the annual campaign. By researching grants for several nonprofits, she brought clarity to future fundraising.
Peggy graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in English and History. She also earned a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Science in Communication from Northwestern University. She is certified by the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) as a Senior Certified Professional (SCP).
Peggy lives in Chicago where she is an avid tennis player, and enjoys the arts, sports, and author book discussions.
