Our team is curated from the best possible talent in the region.  We are highly educated but also highly experienced on all sides of the non-profit industry.  In addition to more than 200 combined years of paid consulting experience, most of us have direct working experience as non-profit staff and all of us actively serve on community committees, boards of directors and as volunteers.  We believe our paid work and pro bono experiences enrich our outlook on the internal workings and external expectations of individual non-profit agencies and the sector as a whole.
